H.アップマンは1844年にドイツ人の実業家であり、銀行家のヘルマン・アップマン氏によって創立された、キューバシガー最古のブランドです。
そんなH.アップマンから出ているマグナムシリーズ、名前の後ろの数字がそのままリングゲージを表しています。
このシリーズは現在レギュラーラインで46、50、54の3種類
エディシオンリミターダ(EL)で48(2009年)、56(2015年)、52(2022年)の
合計6種類がリリースされています。
その中のこちらのマグナム50は、かつては2005年のELとしてリリースされましたが、2008年にレギュラーラインに追加されました。
サイズも大きく、喫煙目安時間は90分程。比較的フルボディな一本となっております。

This series currently has 3 types of 46, 50, and 54 on the regular line.
