ヴィトラ名 ピラミデ
H.アップマンは1844年にドイツ人の実業家であり、銀行家のヘルマン・アップマン氏によって創立された、キューバシガー最古のブランドです。
ヘッド（吸い口）の部分が細く尖っているトルペドと呼ばれる形状が特徴で、モンテクリストのNo.2やパルタガスのセリーP No.2と同じでピラミデと呼ばれるビトラです。
シガー愛好家にとっては、ロブストに匹敵するほどのメジャーなサイズで大変人気のあるビトラです。
吸い口が細く狭くなっているため、味わいが強く感じやすいという特徴があります。
この形状の葉巻は、パレホ(フッドからヘッドまで太さが均一の葉巻)よりも巻くのが難しく巻き職人に高い技術が必要とされています。

H.Upmann is the oldest brand of Cuban cigars, founded in 1844 by German businessman and banker Hermann Upmann.
It is characterized by a shape called torpedo with a thin and sharp head (mouthpiece), and it is a vitola called a piramide, like Montecristo No.2 and Partagas Serie P No.2.
For cigar aficionados, the vitola is a major size that rivals the Robusto and is very popular.
The mouthpiece is thin and narrow, so it has a strong taste and is easy to feel.
This shape of cigar is more difficult to roll than a Parejo (a cigar with a uniform thickness from the head to the head) and requires a high level of skill from the roll craftsman.
